We met the owner of Rare Air Park, Redding’s exciting trampoline park, and we’re enthused to hear his plans to open another trampoline park in Chico, (which he did!). What a great way for adults and kids to get in better all while having a fun time!
Rebounding (which is the term for exercising on a trampoline) for 20 minutes is equivalent to 1 hour of running, from a cardiovascular perspective. It is also one of the best ways to detoxify your body and strengthen your immune system. And, rebounding is a low impact workout, so it’s much easier on the joints.
We built the websites for Rare Air Park and Rare Air Park Chico using Squarespace and added their video for the opening landing page on each site. It gives the viewer a small sample of how much fun they can have!
